You can enjoy a comfortable retirement because real estate in Mexico is still affordable; the quality of life good, the cost of living is lower, retirees can enjoy a comfortable retirement in a friendly environment. Living in Paradise for more than nine years, now I can tell you the experience has been good. I love the good natured people that live in this land especially Alma. We are grateful that we came to this place. This is the coolest place and I do mean the climate is near perfect for eight months it is like spring. Go north 200-300 miles and it is colder in the winter in Mazatlan and you need a jacket handy, then you go 200-300 miles to the south to Manzanillo or farther to Acapulco and you experience more heat and humidity. This is the place to retire in Mexico - Puerto Vallarta - aah, to be in Paradise. In the beachfront condos here with the cool ocean breeze, all the way from China, you hardly need to have on the A/C even in the rainy season.

Demand for beachfront properties in Puerto Vallarta Mexico has been good and new projects like the Icon Vallarta, Barlovento, that were started only last summer are 60 - 70 percent sold out already and the delivery date is still 18 months or more away.

The quality of medical and dental care is quality care and we know many good doctors to recommend. Prescription drugs are less expensive here, the cost of food is less because we live in the jungle with many fertile valleys that grow the tropical fruits and veggies are near. It cost a lot of money these days to transport everything. You can eat better and for less here. Your retirement pensions will go farther, while you enjoy a lifestyle that some will only dream about.
